Hello, friends!
It\u2019s time for another progress report.
You know, over the past two weeks I\u2019ve genuinely enjoyed working again \u2013 and that\u2019s a great feeling. There\u2019s something magical about a computer that doesn\u2019t reboot every 30\u201340 minutes. Both of my render PCs behaved perfectly, and honestly, that alone deserves a celebration.<\/p>

Before diving into game progress, I want to share a personal achievement.<\/p>

When you\u2019re very much no longer twenty, eat whatever\u2019s available, grind at your main job, and then work on a game until 3 a.m\u2026 well, that lifestyle isn\u2019t exactly health-friendly. Nothing dramatic \u2013 but one small issue after another, and at some point you start feeling like you\u2019re slowly falling apart.<\/p>

So in mid-August, I finally decided to take my health seriously. I completely changed how I eat and started going to the gym every single day. I spent over 6 hours a week on the treadmill and elliptical \u2013 sometimes up to 90 minutes a day \u2013 and did strength training five times a week.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The result? <\/strong>In just over five months, I lost more than 55 pounds (25 kg) \u2013 and the hardest part \u2013 I managed not to lose muscle mass.<\/p>

Of course, the fact that I spend an hour and a half a day in the gym means that I have less time for game development. But now, this investment is paying off huge: my productivity is through the roof, my energy levels are up, and to be honest, I feel like a totally different person.<\/p>

Last week, my wife and I had a very serious talk. She told me that I\u2019d been looking like a string bean. Or like Gru from Despicable Me \u2013 muscular upper body, scrawny legs (for the record: I\u2019m not bald, and my nose is perfectly normal!). And since it is also very important for me to remain physically attractive to my wife, I decided to cut the diet a bit earlier than I originally planned.<\/p>

The muscles remained, but the brakes are gone completely. Instead of spending my days lounging around eating pizza with cake and feeling \u201cdeep satisfaction,\u201d I immediately transitioned into muscle-building mode. I still go to the gym 7 days a week, but I completely overhauled my routine: cardio went from 6+ hours a week to about 1 hour a week, and on some days, I now do 30-minute mini-sessions instead of 90-minute marathons.<\/p>

The end result? <\/strong>More time for game development \u2013 and more energy.<\/p>

Jokes aside, from the very start, I approached this whole thing from a scientific standpoint. I read a massive amount of information on diet control, nutrition variables, supplements, cardio, and strength training. At this point, I can honestly say that I\u2019ve become something of an expert \u2013 I could probably write a very solid book on the subject.<\/p>

So yeah: if you want to lose weight \u2013 ask me how.<\/em>

I don\u2019t know exactly what comes next, but I\u2019m confident that the knowledge and habits I gained during this \u201d-25 kg: There and Not Back Again\u201d journey will stay with me for life. Staying in shape really isn\u2019t that hard \u2013 once you know what you\u2019re doing.<\/p>

Now <\/strong>\u2013 back to Beauty and the Thug<\/strong><\/p>

As you know, this update will cover Amy and her interactions with Lisa after becoming her girlfriend. Since the last report, I\u2019ve completed three different Amy events.<\/p>

First,<\/strong> there\u2019s a trip to an adult boutique in the Red Light District. That\u2019s where Amy meets Jackie, the shop assistant. I originally planned this as a short event, but things escalated, and it turned into a long, very hot one.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Amy and Lisa buy two and a half toys for nighttime entertainment \u2013 and more. Right now, I\u2019m working on the final planned standalone event \u2013 \u201cCheck on Amy.\u201d
As I mentioned earlier, this will allow you to chat with Amy, ask her for help, ask her for something naughty, or establish some rules. Some of these options are harmless, while others will increase Amy\u2019s submissiveness.<\/p>


This will allow you to either continue with a completely vanilla relationship \u2013 or move on to a much more serious lezdom relationship, all and all up to you.

Nev wrote a short fanfic for The Better Deal<\/em> titled \u201cThe Wedding Present<\/a>.\u201d
He wrote this one quite a bit ago, but I only just had the chance to read it \u2013 and I\u2019m glad I did. It\u2019s simply beautiful, truly.
Of course, all characters are fictional, and any resemblance to real-life Riley and Sunny is purely coincidental.<\/p>
