I’ve been waiting a long time to write this post.
I’m incredibly happy to finally say it:
The Better Deal is complete!
After all the months of writing, rendering, animating, testing, fixing bugs, adding missing scenes, polishing routes, and putting everything together, the full story is finally finished.
And it turned out to be quite a big game.
The final version contains:
- More than 8,200 images
- Around 600 animations
- 54 gallery entries
- 38 achievements
And there are 24 main ways to finish the game — counting only the good endings!
So depending on the choices you make and the routes you explore, there is a lot of content to discover.
The game also includes a walkthrough directly in the main menu, but there is one small catch: it only becomes available after your first completed playthrough.
So the first time, you’ll have to find your own way through the story. 🙂
I’ve also updated parts of the interface and made the final version feel a little more polished.
That said, I’m not completely done touching the game.
I still plan to add a few additional renders requested by Nev, the writer of The Better Deal, and I may improve several animations, tweak a few small features, and polish some of the older translations.
But those are finishing touches.
The story itself is complete.
And speaking of translations — this is another thing I’m very happy about.
The translation quality has been significantly improved, and the complete game is now fully available in 10 languages:
Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Ukrainian.
